This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, developing Special Test Equipment (STE), and supporting both qualification and production testing of motors, resolvers, encoders, actuators, slip rings, flex tapes, and control electronics. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in test automation, electrical troubleshooting, and environmental testing. Emphasis is placed on developing automated, scalable, and repeatable test solutions to optimize efficiency, ensure quality consistency, and support program requirements.
