Ideal candidates will have a background that includes understanding of OPIR system ground architectures as well as exposure to OPIR phenomenology, characteristics, designs, commanding systems, and data processing algorithms. Additional preferred experience includes support for acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle., * Expertise and experience with the IC acquisition cycle, requirements processes, budgetary practices, and acquisition documentation. * 7+ years of government contracting / acquisition experience, DAWIA Certification in Contracting or equivalent. * Experience with traditional/non-FAR acquisition vehicles a plus (IDIQ, BAA, OTA, etc.) * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and agile environment. * Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams. * Exceptional communication and coordination skills. * Effective interpersonal skills. Education * Bachelors and 10 years or more experience; Masters and 5 years or more experience Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
