Build production-grade agentic AI solutions (including "agents that generate agents"), serve as the SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude enablement, and coach teams to adopt AI safely and measurably., * Lead enterprise AI enablement: drive adoption, training, and culture change with measurable outcomes.

 * Coach users and scale through champions: enable "player-coaches," run office hours/demos, and help teams identify high-value use cases while modeling responsible AI.
 * Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude SME: expand and optimize Copilot usage across roles; guide best practices and approved extension/integration patterns.
 * Build agentic AI solutions: ship tool-using agents and workflows that improve real business processes.
 * Build an "agent factory": reusable scaffolding/templates to generate and standardize agents/workflows from structured requirements.
 * Governance by default: implement evaluation/telemetry, monitoring, and guardrails (data privacy, auditability)., * Agentic Engineering: tool use, workflow orchestration, routing/planning, reliable error handling.
 * Platform & Standards: reusable patterns/templates, consistency, code quality, maintainability.
 * Evaluation & Observability: quality measurement, telemetry, feedback loops, continuous improvement.
 * Responsible AI & Governance: data privacy, safe usage guardrails, auditability, risk awareness.
 * Enablement & Coaching: translate AI into practical workflows, hold training/office hours, facilitate champion network.
 * Change Leadership: drive adoption across departments, communicate clearly, influence without authority.
