Certification is strongly preferred. * Have experience designing, implementing, or significantly expanding identity and access management platforms such as Okta. * Understand modern identity concepts including SSO, lifecycle management, SCIM, RBAC, group-based access controls, device trust, and conditional access. * Are passionate about automation and have experience building workflows using platforms such as Okta Workflows, N8N, Tines, Workato, or similar tools. * Have experience supporting endpoint management, device security, and modern workplace technologies. * Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building systems and processes from the ground up. * Can balance long-term architectural thinking with hands-on operational work. * Are an excellent collaborator who communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams. * Have a can-do, get-it-done attitude. Are willing to do whatever it takes to get nascent IT department up and running smooth!
