This role will work out of our Madison, WI location., As our SCADA Network Specialist, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, software, and network infrastructure within our SCADA environments. Every day, you will configure, support, and maintain hardware and software for customer systems, partnering closely with software development and field service teams to deliver secure, reliable, and highly configured control systems. In this role, you will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network devices while maintaining LAN and WAN connectivity across SCADA infrastructure. You will analyze and resolve technical issues, monitor network performance and security, and ensure system integrity through proper configuration of routing, authentication, directory services, and network security controls. You will administer switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, and manage software deployment, updates, and patching to maintain reliability and compliance. You will also contribute to SCADA IT/OT enhancement projects, assist with network design and deployment, configure Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server environments, and support wireless, Ethernet, and firewall technologies.
