* Hands-on experience with Flowable (BPM engine, workflow, case management, or DMN)
 * Basic proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) to assist in code generation and review
 * Java or Spring Boot development experience
 * Ability to model, deploy, and maintain business process definitions
 * 5+ years of overall software development experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS NICE TO HAVE

 * Experience with agentic AI frameworks or autonomous AI workflows (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
 * Experience with REST API design and microservices architecture
 * Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
 * Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures
 * Knowledge of Elastic/Elasticsearch for process data querying

5+ years of software development experience required.

Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software. Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
