Let's work together to achieve greatness!, * Facilitate Agile delivery for teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring alignment with SDLC standards.

 * Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting.
 * Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning and coordination.
 * Ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
