Experience * Experience processing and maintaining data records in business systems, with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. * Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing timely updates to stakeholders. * Experience administering and supporting process improvements, software/workflow changes, or special projects, including documenting procedures and helping train others. * Prior experience in the trading card, retail distribution, or category management industry a plus. ## Description The Data Management Specialist is responsible for the processing of data entry requests coming from the Forecasting, Account Management and Product Teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: internal and external set-up of product offerings, production items, and merchandising displays. In addition, this role involves inter-departmental communication, as well as working with Finance to obtain appropriate approvals for external pricing. This role will develop and maintain an effective mutually beneficial relationship with Forecasting, Finance, Product & Account Management teams, to support and contribute towards the overall metrics, strategic goals and objectives., Communication & Coordination * Collaborate with the various departments to ensure internal & external set-up of stores & products in time for appropriate arrivals, production, and shipping, etc. * Ensure accuracy of internal item set up stemming from multiple types of requests. * Exercise effective time management with accurate and up to date information. * Provide timely updates on all commitments, ensuring that there are no surprises. * Coordinate with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, and production with products. * Manage documents and understand the terminology and how they interrelate with the business. Maintaining Records * Provide timely updates in the company systems. * Communicate to the right team members the current information.
