 * 5+ years of engineering development experience.
 * Experience developing and tracking technical requirements.
 * Strong understanding of sensor, software, and computing system integration.
 * Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills, * Experience with robotics, automation, or autonomous systems.
 * Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, CANape, Wireshark, ROS, Azure DevOps, and Git.
 * Experience with FMEA processes and mobile or off-highway equipment applications.

## Description

* Translate customer and business needs into system-level requirements.
 * Develop and manage system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and validate new features.
 * Integrate hardware, software, sensors, and control systems.
 * Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical risk management.
 * Create and maintain FMEA documentation and supporting engineering artifacts.
