## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * An associate degree in a related field or a comparable qualification is required. Experience will be considered in leave of education.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 * Minimum of one year of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
 * Experience gained through internships, apprenticeships, part-time roles, volunteer work or academic projects is acceptable.
 * Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
 * Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, browser, anti-virus software).
 * Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, including data protection and safe internet usage.
 * Basic knowledge of a ticketing system.
 * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

## Description

The successful candidate will be expected to:

 * Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email and in person.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral equipment.
 * Assist with setting up and supporting audio/visual equipment for meetings or presentations.
 * Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
 * Assist with inventory tracking of IT equipment and supplies.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT management as needed.
 * Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security protocol.
 * Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
 * Assist in the administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and basic settings.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
 * Perform basic print server administration and maintenance tasks.
 * Assist in the administration and maintenance of Active Directory user accounts, groups, and computers.
 * Execute basic VoIP setup and configuration procedures.
 * Minimal travel required.
