This role drives insights that directly inform pricing, valuation, risk management, and capital decisions. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for designing and delivering experience studies using both traditional actuarial techniques and advanced analytics. This role partners closely with Finance, Risk, Product, and Data teams to translate complex experience data into actionable business insights and to modernize data pipelines and analytics capabilities. What you'll be doing * Provide guidance on Lincoln's emerging lapse, utilization, and mortality experience while identifying opportunities to exercise an innovative approach. * Utilize predictive analytics as appropriate to analyze experience and develop assumptions. * Provide thought leadership and oversight on the development of mortality, policyholder behavior, and expense assumptions for Annuity products, including both new business and inforce products. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to educate on techniques used in assumption development, derive understanding of experience drivers, and socialize insights derived through team's work. * Leverage data management platforms to effectively monitor actuarial assumptions, providing insights and recommendations to management. * Partner with external experts to share best practices and participate in regulatory or industry data calls. * Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, institute best practices, and develop shared insights. * Lead a team of professionals in the execution of the team's responsibilities., This position may be subject to Lincoln's Political Contribution Policy.
