Nice to have: * Experience with Elixir/Phoenix, GraphQL, or EventBridge-based architectures. * Background in mobile web optimization, B2B SaaS, commerce, or scheduling platforms. * Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling (Graphite, Cursor, etc.) and structured code quality initiatives. * Experience managing teams modernizing large monoliths or bridging between web and mobile ecosystems. ## Description As an Engineering Manager on Boulevard's Frontend Experience team, you'll lead the evolution of our customer experiences into a modular, mobile-optimized, React-based architecture. This role blends deep technical leadership with people management, where you'll guide a team of engineers through a modernization journey spanning module federation, web-based mobile enablement, and design system evolution. You'll own the technical execution of our modular frontend strategy, helping Boulevard to deliver consistent, performant experiences across all of our customer experiences while mentoring engineers, partnering with product, and shaping the systems and culture that define how we build. What you'll do here: * Guide and develop a team of 3-5 frontend engineers; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
