 * Email Studio
 * Audience Segmentation
 * Personalization Strategies

Strong understanding of:

 * Customer Lifecycle Management
 * Customer Journey Mapping
 * Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
 * Marketing Automation Best Practices

Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data management.

Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Business & Customer Strategy

 * Partner with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement goals and marketing objectives.
 * Develop customer understanding through behavioral analysis, customer insights, and persona development.
 * Map and evaluate current-state customer journeys and design future-state journey architectures aligned with business goals.
 * Define customer lifecycle strategies and optimize customer experiences across multiple channels.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation

 * Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
 * Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related Marketing Cloud components.
 * Design scalable marketing automation frameworks to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
 * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
