## About the Role

* BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
 * Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments
 * Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
 * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
 * Experience with enterprise identity and access management
 * Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft/ Azure Certified)
 * Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
 * Deep expertise in managing complex environments and driving operational excellence.

## Description

Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure. Emphasizes systems administration, O365/M365/Azure, virtualization technologies, and modern backup strategies. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional visits to our Allentown, PA and Baltimore, MD offices., * Administer Windows Server environments and core services including Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy

 * Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 environments - Intune, OneDrive, Teams
 * Implement and enforce Microsoft Office 365 security policies
 * Assist in patch management system upgrades and infrastructure lifecycle planning
 * Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure needs for applications and services
 * Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues
