## Description

Technical Systems & Hardware Support

 * Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.
 * Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.
 * Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.

Network Support

 * Patch network ports and trace network lines.
 * Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.

Telecommunications

 * Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.
 * Troubleshoot phone-related issues and ensure reliable communication services.

User Support & Site Planning

 * Plan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.
 * Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

 * Partner with other IT teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
 * Support both unclassified and classified systems.
