Demonstrable compatibility with the core values of Mama's Kitchen ## Description Position Description: The Development Database Administrator is integral to the Development Department and supports the organization's philanthropic goals by serving as the primary administrator for organization's CRM, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. This role processes gifts accurately and acknowledgements in a timely manner and effectively manages constituent data aggregated from multiple sources. This role also supports the department's fundraising strategy through donor data analysis and report generation.
