This role is responsible for supporting customer Learning Management System (LMS) integrations, assisting in the course build or modification process, maintaining CRM data and workflows in Salesforce, and helping with customer support escalations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and contributing across multiple areas of the business. As a small company, we value team members who are adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to help support our customers and internal operations., LMS Integration & Customer Implementation * Configure, test, and support integrations between customer LMS platforms and company products. * Assist customers with Single Sign-On (SSO), roster synchronization, course provisioning, and content delivery issues. * Troubleshoot LMS-related technical problems and coordinate resolutions with customers and internal teams. * Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources. * Participate in customer onboarding and implementation projects. Semester Preparation * Develop and maintain semester preparation timelines, project plans, and readiness checklists. * Monitor progress toward semester launch milestones and proactively address delays or obstacles. Salesforce Administration & Data Management * Maintain and update customer records, accounts, contacts, and opportunities within Salesforce. * Support Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and data integrity initiatives. * Assist sales and management teams with CRM reporting and process improvements.
