 - Virtualization Experience (Hyper-V, ESXI)

 - Microsoft 365

 - Windows Server Management (Active Directory, Remote Apps)

 - VOIP Experience (Both on-prem and cloud)

 - Mastery of advanced networking concepts (VLANs, Layer 3 Routing, Subnetting)

 - Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure)

 - Deep understanding of Wi-Fi Networking

## Description

The IT Solution Specialist is responsible for the client experience, and relationship, post-sale through solution implementation. The IT Solution Specialist will help the client mesh their business needs with Greenbrier Technologies products and solutions. In addition, this position will provide reactive support for the IT Solutions. The IT Solution Specialist will work toward achieving an extensive knowledge of the Greenbrier Technologies product offerings while remaining flexible to the customer's needs., Install and Configure Networking equipment- Routers / Switches / Wireless.

 - Install and Configure Computers and Printers.

 - Install and Maintain Managed services clients via RMM tool

 - Installation and Implementation of Backup and Disaster recovery software & services

 - Help Desk, Troubleshoot tickets created by Clients

 - Install and Terminate Cabling

 - Computer and Network Maintenance

 - Server Maintenance

 - Work overtime as needed.
