## About the Role

Do you have experience in Python?, * A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.

 * Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
 * Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
 * Experience with SQL or a similar database tool.
 * Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
 * Experience with or exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
 * Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
 * Right to work.

## Description

* Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges.
 * Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations.
 * Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, as well as platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot etc.
 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Work closely with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
 * Advocate for the customer in internal meetings, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates.
