* Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of overall IT experience
 * Must hold a current AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer Associate certification
 * Candidates with an AWS Associate-level certification (such as AWS Certified Support Engineer Associate or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply, * Hands-on experience with AWS Connect administration and troubleshooting
 * Experience integrating AWS services with Salesforce and ServiceNow
 * Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident resolution, and API-based integrations

* Monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
 * Support and manage AWS Connect telephony integrations
 * Work with API integrations and bridges connecting AWS Connect to CRM and ITSM platforms such as:
 + Salesforce
 + ServiceNow
 * Ensure seamless connectivity and operational stability of cloud-based communication solutions
