Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record. Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk., * Experienced with the Veteran Affairs * Networking * SCCM * Knowledge of HCL BigFix fixlet's * UEFI Bios * PXE Boot toolset * Imaging process * Imaging hardware set-up (power, racks, cabling, and server/network connections) * Imaging packages for custom software load optimization ## Description * Maintain responsibility for coordinating deployments, support, software upgrades, and integrations of new products into a customer environment. * Perform hands-on engineering work as well as provide coordination and leadership of engineering resources from other engineering. * Become familiarized with the customer's technical environment and act as a point of contact between the agency and technical resources internal to the program. * Maintain access to customer sites and learn new solutions as they enter the customer. * Apply thought leadership in a highly collaborative and innovative work environment to solve complex technical and non-technical challenges.
