 * Minimum of 5 years working in an Information Technology Service Desk environment.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Office O365, and active directories.
 * Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to other domestic locations.

.Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

## Description

* Utilize advanced technical skills to analyze and resolve issues and tasks, including setting up shared drives, mapping network drives, installing and updating software, and network troubleshooting.
 * Distribute workload based on complexity, priority, and availability.
 * Building, configuring, and deploying all workstation assets including ensuring company standards for software and security requirements are met.
 * Manage escalations related to tickets and bridge the relevant parties to solve the problems.
