The vast majority of the work for the first year would be Complex SQL development, ETL pipeline development, and working with a ton of unstructured data in Tapestry (Medicare/ Medicaid/ Medicare Advantage). Once all of that data is structured, they will begin moving to more BI focused work coupled with moving all of the now structured data to Azure Databricks. After all of the data is in the new lakehouse, once everything in in Databricks they will start to leverage AI to automate a ton of these manual processes.
