You'll play a critical role in conducting software demonstrations, onboarding and training users, supporting implementations, troubleshooting questions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do As a Software Solutions Specialist, you will: Customer Engagement & Software Demonstrations * Conduct software demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. * Participate in sales presentations and discovery meetings. * Build strong client relationships and promote successful software adoption and utilization. * Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for user questions and best-practice guidance. Onboarding, Training & Implementation * Lead client onboarding activities, including implementation coordination, user setup, and training. * Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and educational demonstrations for clients and end users. * Support successful software implementations and customer adoption initiatives. * Monitor client issues and project activities to ensure commitments are met and customers remain informed throughout the process. Customer Support & Technical Assistance * Provide timely support and guidance to users. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Assist clients with document preparation, OCR processing activities, data validation, and loading information into software applications. * Maintain accurate records of support activities, implementations, and customer interactions.
