 * Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD automation.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
 * Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our team supporting strategic initiatives at PNC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in modern Java technologies, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and front-end development using Angular. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.

 * Develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka.
 * Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
 * Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
 * Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
 * Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.
