## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in System tuning?, * Strong residential HVAC experience

 * Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
 * Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, duct design, and performance standards
 * Professional communication skills-able to give clear, constructive feedback
 * Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation
 * Ability to work independently in a field-based role
 * Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

## Description

F.H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship.
This is a non-sales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, year-round work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, fine-tuning systems, mentoring through quality feedback, and taking pride in doing things the right way, this could be a great fit., * Perform quality assurance inspections on residential HVAC installations and service work

 * Verify systems are installed and operating according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards
 * Check airflow, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, ductwork, and overall system performance
 * Identify workmanship issues, safety concerns, or performance gaps and document findings clearly
