This person is responsible for understanding the setup and interconnectedness of systems throughout the business, how they are utilized and can best serve the med spa locations and employees, including proactive suggestions for alternatives to make the business more efficient, accurate and/or profitable. The Business System Manager has a strong proficiency in Point of Sale solutions, preferably Zenoti, in the appointments capacity and backend functionality.
