Nice to have * Strong experience Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing CMDB * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and advising stakeholders. ## Description As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve - now and in the future.
