## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
 * Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, EC Pro, EA, PPM and/or Agile 2.0.
 * Proven track record designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise environments.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

 * Strong experience Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing CMDB
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and advising stakeholders.

## Description

As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve - now and in the future.

What you will be doing

 * Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow products, custom applications, and integrations.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flow, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, service portals, workspaces, and integrations with external systems.
 * Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, scalability, performance, and security.
 * Ensure architectural standards, best practices, and governance are followed for ServiceNow implementations.
 * Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
 * Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and testing of products and features.
 * Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements to ServiceNow.
 * Document technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
