Preferred / Strongly Desired Experience: * Experience supporting DISA, DISN, DoD, GIG, DGOC, or mission-critical network operations environments. * Experience working in a NOC, transport, IP, cyber transport, or network sustainment environment. * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management platforms. * Experience coordinating with customers, government stakeholders, service providers, and technical teams during outages or degradations. * Experience with circuit reroutes, outage normalization, SLA tracking, CMDB updates, and service restoration documentation. ## Description The SDA Network Technician supports DISA-provided GIG/DISN services within the 24/7 DISA Global Operations Center environment.
