* 6+ years in systems engineering / administration
 * Strong experience with:
 + Azure / Microsoft 365
 + Active Directory / Entra ID
 + VMware
 + Windows and Linux servers
 * Knowledge of federal IT compliance (NIST/FISMA)
 * Experience with hybrid cloud environments

Preferred

 * Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification
 * Experience with Cisco networking
 * PowerShell scripting

## Description

* Perform systems administration and engineering across on-prem and cloud environments
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory
 * Implement security controls aligned with NIST and FISMA
 * Configure and maintain:
 + Servers (Windows/Linux)
 + VMware environments
 + Cisco networking infrastructure
 * Develop STIG baselines, patch management, and monitoring solutions
 * Support disaster recovery and system resilience planning
 * Document system architecture and operational procedures
