In this role, you will apply core engineering and scientific principles to evaluate the performance of formulation and device prototypes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle-from designing custom experimental setups to executing aerosol characterization and analyzing complex datasets. The ideal candidate is a laboratory-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the technical rigor required to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards., Experimental Design & Execution: Develop and implement robust test plans for drug delivery devices and formulations intended for clinical trials. Ensure all activities align with ISO and pharmaceutical quality systems. Aerosol Characterization: Conduct specialized laboratory experiments involving particle size analysis and breathing simulations to evaluate device efficacy and performance. Method Development: Design and build custom test setups and methodologies when standard equipment or off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient for R&D needs. Analytical Data Modeling: Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and "first principles" engineering analysis to provide actionable product development recommendations. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Prepare high-quality technical reports and findings for internal stakeholders and regulatory submissions. Laboratory Operations: Operate and maintain specialized instrumentation, including cascade impactors, particle size analyzers, and chromatography systems.
