## Description

In deiner zukünftigen Rolle als IT Support Mitarbeiter:in unterstützt du das Team bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:

 * Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Softwaresystemen
 * Analyse technischer Störungen im Team sowie Übernahme des Supports
 * Mitwirkung bei der Administration der M365-Services (Office, Teams, SharePoint) sowie Azure AD / Entra ID inkl. MFA und Conditional Access
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen IT-Team sowie externen IT-Partnern und Dienstleistern inkl. Koordination von Wartungsverträgen und Updates
