**Contexte**

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe IT, notre client recherche un profil orienté support infrastructure capable d'intervenir sur des problématiques techniques variées au sein d'un environnement principalement Microsoft.

Le rôle combine support de niveau 2/3, administration systèmes et participation à l'évolution de l'infrastructure. Une particularité du poste est que les principaux interlocuteurs sont des développeurs, ce qui implique un environnement technique exigeant et des demandes parfois complexes nécessitant analyse et investigation.
