## Description

Within an international retail environment, you will join the Store Development team focused on delivering high-quality store concepts across EMEA. You translate global brand concepts into practical, scalable solutions for stores and shop-in-shops, ensuring consistency and strong customer experience.
What will you do?
You support the rollout of store concepts by translating design ideas into technical solutions. You develop and maintain store guidelines, blueprints, and specifications, and ensure concepts are implemented consistently across markets.
You collaborate closely with brand, project management, and execution teams to align global and regional requirements. Additionally, you assess feasibility, costs, and scalability, and contribute to improving design standards and processes.
