* Testing and/or commissioning experience in industrial environments (railway, automation or process industry).
 * Solid technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical and network systems .
 * A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills .
 * Ability to work across multicultural teams and functions .
 * Strong team spirit and communication skills .
 * English language skills (spoken and written).

## Description

* Conducting tensile tests according to defined procedures and customer acceptance criteria.
 * Conducting systematic handovers from production and ensure that all test reports are completed.
 * Identifying, tracking and managing errors with precision and urgency.
 * Escalating unresolved issues to the EPU test manager and suggest process improvements.
 * Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and quality teams.
 * Maintaining and reporting of KPIs and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
 * Reporting any deviations, near misses, and accidents immediately.
