## Description

* IT-Support (1st und 2nd Level) vor Ort, remote und IT-Helpdesk
 * Ticketbearbeitung im Ticketsystem inkl. technischer Dokumentationen im Ticketsystem
 * Analyse, Priorisierung (nach ITIL) sowie Behebung von Service-Requests und Incidents sowie Troubleshooting
 * On/Offboarding und Einweisung von Usern sowie Bereitstellung von Arbeitsmitteln
 * Aufbau und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Konfiguration/Installation von Hardware, Druckern und Software
 * Administration und Support im Bezug auf Active Directory (Anlage von Usern, PW, GPO uvm.) und der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (MS365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office365)
 * MDM, Softwareverteilung, Netzwerkperipherie und VoIP
 * Durchführung innovativer Projekte und Kommunikation mit anderen Fachbereichen
