* Erfahrung im IT-Support/IT-Betrieb/IT-Service (Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend bei passender Praxis).
 * Solides Verständnis für Windows, Netzwerke und strukturiertes Troubleshooting.
 * Virtualisierung (Hyper-V/VMware)
 * Firewall - Konfiguration und Betrieb (SOPHOS)
 * Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit (Kundentermine vor Ort sind Teil des Jobs).
 * Führerschein Klasse B.
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch (kundenfähig).

Kann (nice to have, kein Ausschluss)

 * Erfahrung mit Praxissoftware (PVS)
 * Erfahrung mit TI/KIM
 * Erfahrung mit medizinischen Schnittstellen (z. B. DICOM/PACS).

## Description

* Remote aus dem Homeoffice: Support, Fehleranalyse und Lösungen per Telefon/Remote-Tools (1st/2nd Level, je nach Erfahrung).
 * Vor Ort beim Kunden (deutschlandweit): Installationen, Rollouts, Troubleshooting und Inbetriebnahmen (Arbeitsplätze, Netzwerk, Druck/Scan, Kartenleser, ggf. angebundene Geräte).
 * Systeme & Infrastruktur: Windows-Clients/Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN/WLAN/Firewall-Grundlagen, Backup/Restore.
 * Gesundheits-IT (je nach Know-how): TI/KIM, Konnektor-Umfeld, eHBA/SMC-B, saubere Dokumentation und Übergaben.
 * Kundennähe & Serviceorientierung: Deutschlandweite Einsätze bei Kunden vor Ort, lösungsorientierte Beratung und ein hohes Maß an Servicebereitschaft.
 * Dokumentation: Kurze, nachvollziehbare Dokus (Checklisten, Tickets, Übergaben), damit Lösungen wiederholbar sind.
