## Description

* Ansprechpartner/in für IT- und TK relevante Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Aufbau, Administration, Wartung und Support von Server-Hardware, Storage, Server-/Client-Betriebssystemen und entsprechenden Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Administration und Migration von Windows-Netzwerkumgebung (Domain-Controller, Active Directory). Einrichtung entsprechender Freigaben, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Beratung und Einweisung von Kunden in ihre Systemumgebung
 * Identifizierung, Behebung von anfallenden Anwenderproblemen und Dokumentation per Telefon, Remote oder vor Ort
