A candidate entry rate of pay does not typically fall at the minimum or maximum of the role's range. ## Description The Director, Client Coding Integrations serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimization of coding operations across assigned client partnerships. This role functions as a key liaison between clients and internal coding teams, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, operational excellence, and a high-quality client experience. This position focuses on client relationship management, process standardization, and performance optimization while partnering closely with coding operations, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle leadership.
