## Description

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
 * Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and SAFe best practices
 * Remove blockers and impediments impacting team delivery
 * Partner with Product Owners to support backlog maintenance and prioritization
 * Guide sprint planning, story estimation, and forecasting
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and improve communication
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
 * Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders while keeping teams focused on delivering value
