 + Three (3) years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

 + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

 + Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in software development and application support.

 + Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.

 + Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks.

 + Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP.

 + Experience with Laserfiche document management system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 + Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues.

 + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 + Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data architecture.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer II to design, develop, and support complex enterprise applications. This role involves leading technical initiatives, troubleshooting critical issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in full software development, lifecycle management, enterprise systems, and production support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

 + Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications and enhancements.

 + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and deliverables.

 + Develop technical specifications, architecture designs, and detailed documentation .

 + Review, analyze, and optimize existing software systems to improve performance and reliability.

 + Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis .

 + Ensure successful execution of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

 + Guide to data architecture and integration strategies.

 + Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
