Clearance * Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. ## Description Essnova Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to support a federal customer in designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint administration, and cloud security who thrives in highly regulated federal environments., * Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments. * Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity governance solutions. * Configure and manage Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and other Microsoft security platforms. * Support hybrid Active Directory environments and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. * Implement Zero Trust security principles and cloud security best practices. * Support Microsoft collaboration platforms including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online. * Develop cloud monitoring, reporting, and cost optimization strategies. * Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to improve enterprise cloud operations. * Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. * Ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and other applicable federal cybersecurity standards.
