Aufgaben Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen nach standardisierten Prozessen und mit Hilfe von Hilfsdateien wie einer Lösungsdatenbank, Ticketsystem Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Lösen von Tickets in der First Line unter Einhaltung von definierten Prozessen und Service Level Agreements Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld Monitoring, Abarbeiten und Tracking der Tickets Passwortresets und Useradministration nach Anleitung in oder an verschiedenen Systemen wie bspw. Exchange, Active Directory, SAP, Softwareverteilung. Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem Qualifikation Technisches Verständnis und Systemkenntnisse Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und MS Office Praxisorientierte Herangehensweise bei Fragen und Problemen des Kunden Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 oder Muttersprache) Gute Englischkenntnisse (ab B1 Niveau) Kein Führerschein notwendig!
