## Description

* Übernahme des End-to-End Service Managements nach ITIL für die SharePoint-Lösungen inkl. Budget-, Qualitäts-, Service-Level- und Risikomanagement
 * Zuständig für Problem-, Change- und Configuration-Management sowie Governance-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement im Servicebereich
 * Mitarbeit an Solution Design und Solution Transition unter Berücksichtigung von Lifecycle-Vorgaben und Standardprozessen
 * Kommunikation als Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
 * Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
