This role would suit someone who already has solid hands-on Salesforce development experience and wants more ownership, more technical challenge, and the chance to help shape how Salesforce solutions are built, improved and delivered. You'll be working across Salesforce development, integrations, managed packages and customer-focused solutions, helping us build high-quality, reliable products that solve real business problems., We're looking for someone who has: * A few years of practical Salesforce development experience * Good knowledge of Apex and Salesforce platform fundamentals * Experience with Lightning Web Components * An understanding of Salesforce admin/configuration basics * Confidence debugging issues and working through technical problems * Experience working with APIs or integrations * A desire to take more ownership and grow into a stronger senior developer over time * Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to step up. Nice to have Experience with any of the following would be useful, but not essential: * Salesforce managed packages or AppExchange development * Visualforce and Aura * Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs and metadata deployments * DevOps or CI/CD pipelines * Platform Developer certifications * Experience working in an ISV or product-led environment * JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or other development experience outside Salesforce, * practical salesforce development : 2 years (required) ## Description * Building and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and platform automation * Working with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, flows, validation rules, permissions and page layouts * Developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external services * Helping improve and modernise existing Salesforce packages and components * Investigating issues, debugging problems and improving performance * Working with product, support and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions * Contributing to releases, testing, documentation and deployment processes * Learning more about Salesforce packaging, AppExchange and ISV development, This is a great opportunity for someone who has moved beyond junior level and is now looking for the next challenge.
