## About the Role

* Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Business Informatics, Public Administration IT, or similar

or relevant vocational training in IT or commercial fields * At least 3 years of experience in IT-related roles such as:

 * Vendor management
 * Procurement
 * Contract management
 * Project management or customer service
 * Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 * German at C2 level (written and spoken)
 * Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

 * Experience with ServiceNow or SAP MM
 * Background in public sector environments
 * Knowledge of procurement processes and outsourcing models
 * Experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory environments
 * Experience with SLA/KPI frameworks and escalation management
 * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)

## Description

* Act as the central point of contact for IT suppliers and service providers
 * Manage and coordinate vendor relationships and service delivery
 * Administer and document procurement processes
 * Monitor contractual deliverables and ensure compliance with agreements
 * Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality
 * Define, monitor, and follow up on actions and improvements with suppliers
 * Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and coordination sessions
 * Maintain vendor master data and produce regular reports and dashboards
 * Document outsourced services within the central outsourcing management framework
 * Track outsourcing initiatives, risks, and deliverables in a structured manner
