Desirable: * Previous experience in a HR environment or with HR systems training. * Familiarity with GDPR and managing sensitive personal data. * Experience of working with third-party system providers. * Understanding of HR system reporting and data structures. * Experience in structured project work and system upgrades. ## Description Reporting into the HRIS Manager, you'll be the go-to specialist for all things iTrent, helping to shape the system's functionality, streamline processes, and ensure it's being used to its full potential. You'll be a core part of the HR Transformation and Systems team, supporting HR teams, managers, and employees to improve their system experience while ensuring compliance with data regulations and internal policies.
