This role sits within our Retention team, who build our myRAC member services and the tooling our contact centre agents use to support members every day. We're looking for an experienced backend engineer with proven hands-on experience in AI, prompt engineering, and using data to drive decisions, ready to apply that expertise to mission-critical solutions where these capabilities are central to success. Equally important, you'll be a hands-on .NET engineer - building robust APIs and backend services that power our customer-facing Next.js applications and integrate with the wider RAC ecosystem of systems, products and services. You'll be a trusted technical voice across product teams, shaping architecture, standards, and ways of working, and applying your AI, prompt engineering and data expertise to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound solutions at scale.
