## Description

Drives delivery of complex, cross-functional technology and business initiatives, aligning teams and partners to execute high-impact solutions from strategy through implementation and measurable outcomes., + Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects (scope, schedule, budget, resources)

 + Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and critical paths

 + Monitor execution; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

 + Apply strong critical thinking to assess trade-offs, solve problems, and drive decisions

 + Partner with business stakeholders to define business cases, quantify ROI, and align initiatives to strategic objectives

 + Align cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver against objectives

 + Provide clear, concise executive reporting, status updates, and presentations

 + Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance

 + Adjust plans and resources to meet evolving business priorities

 + Escalate risks, quality concerns, and timeline impacts as needed

 + Support Program Managers in strategic planning and prioritization

 + Mentor junior project managers and support multi-phase initiatives

 + Act as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
