* 7+ years as a Technical Project Manager (Have you had experience with system implementations and data management? Give examples.)

 * Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives

 * Understanding of the mortgage servicing/originations industry (If someone SUPER strong outside of this, possible to consider - Do you have experience with an LOS (Loan Origination System)?  * Background in automation and cross system organization with varying teams
